The additional types of costs that a user may be required to pay to implement or use PEARL®
V8.0, whether to meet meaningful use objectives and measures or to achieve any other use
within the scope of the health IT’s certification include:

• Cloud-Based Solution – One-Time Implementation Fee, Hosting Fee, Ongoing
  Subscription, Annual Maintenance
• License-Based Solution – One-Time Software License Fee, One-Time Implementation
  Fee, Annual Maintenance Fee

Additional costs will be incurred after the initial contract if the customer requests:

• Additional Interfaces
• Additional Training
• Additional Implementation Services
• Additional Maintenance and Support Services
